Ocean View Cottage Reservations
Ocean View Cottage is open year round.

Rates are based on double occupancy.
$20 each additional guest — maximum 7
A two night minimum stay applies.


Checking In and Out:
Check in time is 3 pm
Check out time is 11 am (with some flexibility)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and date changes are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit is forfeited if stay is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
(Ocean View Cottage will refund deposit minus $50 admin fee if we can rebook this time for you).

Cash, Cheque, VISA or Mastercard
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
The remaining 50% 30 days prior to arrival.
